The biggest fear with a one-person studio is simple: what happens if something happens to them. The answer is here, before you even ask. The exact terms go into the contract — this page tells you what stands behind them.

The code is yours

• The source code lives in a repository under your name — from day one, not after the final payment.
• Documentation on how to launch, update, and migrate it.
• All admin access: server, database, domain, services.
• Your data — exportable anytime, in open formats.

If we disappear

We build on standard technologies — Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQLite, MySQL or PostgreSQL databases — no magic that only we understand. Any experienced developer can pick up the project using the documentation. Every system comes with a recovery kit: an encrypted backup and step-by-step instructions for spinning it up on a new server.

Backups and security

• Nightly backups that we verify with real restores — a copy that won't open isn't a copy.
• Encrypted; you hold the key.
• Data stays within the European Union; HTTPS everywhere; personal data kept to the bare minimum (GDPR).
• Optional — a backup machine: a second server mirrored every few minutes that takes over on its own if the main one goes down. It's how we protect our own systems too.

Monthly care

Updates and security patches, round-the-clock monitoring, backups and their verification, small changes. What exactly is included and how fast we respond — written into the contract, not just promised in words.

The preview isn't the system

The live preview from the conversation with the agent is a visualization with sample data — it shows the direction, not a working product. The working system comes after a free assessment of the brief within 48 hours and an agreed scope.

If you decide to leave

You get everything: the code, data, access credentials, and documentation. We help hand things over to your new team. Termination terms are in the contract.

When we're not the right fit

Banking systems, medical devices, critical infrastructure. These require proven industry experience, independent security audits, guaranteed uptime, and a disaster recovery plan — backed by a large team. We'd rather tell you straight than take on a risk that isn't ours to take.
