We write this policy the way we build everything here — short and honest. No legal noise: what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.

What we collect and why

• Conversations with the agent. The text you write in the chat (on the site, in previews, or on Telegram) is kept so the conversation works and — if you request a quote — so we can prepare it. You only share what you choose to.
• Contacts. Name, email, and/or phone number, when you leave them for a quote, at checkout, or when uploading a task. We use them only to reach you about your request.
• Uploaded tasks. Files you upload for evaluation are stored on our server and accessible only to us.
• Visits. We track which page is viewed in which language. Your IP address is not stored — we only keep an anonymous fingerprint that can't be traced back to you.
• Payments. Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card data.

Who else touches the data (processors)

Anthropic (AI processing of conversations) · Stripe (payments) · Hetzner (EU-based hosting) · Telegram (only if you choose to continue the conversation there). We don't sell or share data with ad networks — period.

How long we keep it

• Conversations and leads — for as long as needed to work on your request, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Technical logs from webhooks and checks — up to 30 days.
• Content translation cache — indefinitely (contains no personal data).

Cookies

Functional only: your chosen language and the admin session. Zero ad trackers, zero profiling.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing — with a single email to hi@pentimento.pro. We respond quickly; you also have the right to file a complaint with the CPDP (cpdp.bg).
