Our agent can build a visual preview of your idea at a real address. The preview is a visualization — a picture of your future system, with made-up sample data and no working functions behind the buttons. It's not a finished product and doesn't promise any specific functionality for the actual project.
A one-time payment (the price is shown on the page before checkout) unlocks unlimited real-time edits to your preview. The amount is deducted from the price of the actual project, if you decide to commission it from us. The service is digital and starts immediately after payment — by paying, you agree that work begins right away, while keeping your legal rights in case we fail to deliver. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The build of real systems runs on an individual quote: scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before we start. What's binding is the written agreement — not the preview, not the chat with the agent.
The sale of the platform itself (Copy / Brand / Unlimited / Exclusive Buyout) is handled via individual contract and invoice, not through the website. Prices shown are current and rise as the platform evolves; the price in the signed contract is binding. The license is non-exclusive (except for the Exclusive Buyout); code is delivered "as is", with no warranty support and no SLA; the PENTIMENTO brand, our database, and our clients are not part of the sale.
The agent is artificial intelligence — it does its best, but it can get things wrong. Information from it is indicative only; only written quotes and contracts are binding. Don't use the chat to share sensitive data that isn't needed for your request.
The website and free services are provided "as is". Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing here limits rights granted to you by mandatory law.
